Jedn\u00e1 se o legitimn\u00ed podnikatelskou aktivitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zam\u011bstnanci maj\u00ed pr\u00e1vo zm\u011bnit zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed podle vlastn\u00edho uv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed, co\u017e je v souladu s &#8220;svobodou volby povol\u00e1n\u00ed&#8221; zaru\u010denou \u010dl\u00e1nkem 22 japonsk\u00e9 \u00fastavy (Japonsk\u00e1 \u00fastava) a nen\u00ed to konkuren\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti &#8220;hlav\u00ed&#8221; in\u017een\u00fdry, ale m\u016f\u017ee spole\u010dnost, kter\u00e1 ztratila sv\u00e9 cenn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance, po\u017eadovat konkuren\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnosti (viz n\u00ed\u017ee) nebo pokud byla uzav\u0159ena zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed dohoda, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt po\u017eadov\u00e1na n\u00e1hrada \u0161kody bez ohledu na nez\u00e1konnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\">Ob\u010dansk\u00fd z\u00e1kon\u00edk \u010dl\u00e1nek 709 (N\u00e1hrada \u0161kody za
