Jednou z t\u011bchto regulac\u00ed je z\u00e1kaz nepravdiv\u00e9 nebo p\u0159ehnan\u00e9 reklamy (\u010dl\u00e1nek 66, odstavec 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av\u0161ak, co p\u0159esn\u011b se pova\u017euje za nepravdivou nebo p\u0159ehnanou reklamu, se li\u0161\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpadu. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b t\u00e9to reklamy se st\u00e1v\u00e1 probl\u00e9mem, zda je mo\u017en\u00e9 porovnat fotografii posti\u017een\u00e9 oblasti otekl\u00e9 kv\u016fli bodnut\u00ed hmyzem a fotografii oblasti po uzdraven\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto ohledu je stanoveno, \u017ee &#8220;v z\u00e1sad\u011b nejsou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky&#8221;.
