Aby spole\u010dnost udr\u017eela sv\u016fj \u0159\u00e1d, mus\u00ed zabr\u00e1nit &#8220;chybn\u00e9mu odesl\u00e1n\u00ed e-mailu&#8221; zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a zastavit infekci viry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pokud dojde k &#8220;chybn\u00e9mu odesl\u00e1n\u00ed e-mailu&#8221; zam\u011bstnancem, hroz\u00ed tak\u00e9 riziko \u00faniku firemn\u00edch tajemstv\u00ed. Dokonce i kdy\u017e zam\u011bstnanci p\u0159inesou sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed notebooky a pracuj\u00ed na nich, m\u011bli by odes\u00edlat a p\u0159ij\u00edmat e-maily prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm n\u011bjak\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, jako je komunika\u010dn\u00ed linka nebo e-mailov\u00fd server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jin\u00fdmi slovy, za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spole\u010dnosti zahrnuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edta\u010de a mobiln\u00ed telefony, kter\u00e9 zam\u011bstnanci pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pro svou pr\u00e1ci, a tak\u00e9 samotn\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Z\u00e1v\u011brem bylo rozhodnuto, \u017ee toto nebylo poru\u0161en\u00edm soukrom\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prehled_pripadu\"><\/span>P\u0159ehled p\u0159\u00edpadu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dena X1, kter\u00e1 je \u017ealobkyn\u00ed a zam\u011bstnankyn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, konzultovala se sv\u00fdm man\u017eelem X2 pot\u00e9, co obdr\u017eela e-mail od sv\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho, \u017ealovan\u00e9ho Y (vedouc\u00edho odd\u011blen\u00ed), kter\u00fd \u0159\u00edkal: &#8220;R\u00e1d bych v\u00e1m v\u011bnoval \u010das a dozv\u011bd\u011bl se o probl\u00e9mech na\u0161eho odd\u011blen\u00ed atd.&#8221;. X1 tento e-mail interpretovala jako pokus o sv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed k j\u00eddlu a pit\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>X1, kter\u00e1 byla siln\u011b rozho\u0159\u010dena, se pokusila poslat e-mail sv\u00e9mu man\u017eelovi X2 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm intern\u00edho po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu spole\u010dnosti s obsahem: &#8220;Vkl\u00e1d\u00e1 se do detail\u016f a dokonce i do vztah\u016f mezi \u017eenami. Ot\u00e1zkou je, jak pracovat bez zasahov\u00e1n\u00ed. Kdy\u017e se firma dozv\u011bd\u011bla o st\u00ed\u017enostech od A, zjistila, \u017ee tyto e-maily byly odesl\u00e1ny z po\u010d\u00edta\u010de sd\u00edlen\u00e9ho obchodn\u00edm odd\u011blen\u00edm na firemn\u00ed e-mailovou adresu A pomoc\u00ed bezplatn\u00e9ho e-mailov\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dtu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee po\u010det lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed znali okolnosti uveden\u00e9 v e-mailu, byl omezen\u00fd, za\u010dal b\u00fdt podez\u0159el\u00fd \u017ealobce X, kter\u00fd m\u011bl motiv br\u00e1nit v tom, aby se A a \u017eensk\u00e1 zam\u011bstnankyn\u011b B stali bl\u00edzk\u00fdmi.
