Z pohledu inzerent\u016f je internetov\u00e1 reklama atraktivn\u00ed nejen kv\u016fli n\u00edzk\u00fdm n\u00e1klad\u016fm na zah\u00e1jen\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uje efektivn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed reklamy zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed c\u00edlovou skupinu. Po\u010det inzerent\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch tuto formu reklamy se ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b zvy\u0161uje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyn\u00ed se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 body smlouvy, kterou uzav\u00edr\u00e1 internetov\u00e1 reklamn\u00ed agentura s inzerentem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"ez-toc-container\" class=\"ez-toc-v2_0_53 counter-hierarchy ez-toc-counter ez-toc-grey V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b display reklam, kter\u00e9 jsou um\u00edst\u011bny v reklamn\u00edch prostorech na webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch, inzerent po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 medi\u00e1ln\u00edho z\u00e1stupce prim\u00e1rn\u00ed agentury, kter\u00fd odkoupil reklamn\u00ed prostor od webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto okam\u017eiku se internetov\u00e1 reklamn\u00ed agentura nach\u00e1z\u00ed mezi inzerentem a vyhled\u00e1va\u010dem nebo medi\u00e1ln\u00edm z\u00e1stupcem a koordinuje ob\u011b strany. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b, reklamn\u00ed agentura se dozv\u00ed od inzerenta obsah reklamy, c\u00edlovou skupinu a v\u00fdsledky, kter\u00e9 inzerent o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 od reklamy, a nastav\u00ed podm\u00ednky tak, aby odpov\u00eddaly z\u00e1m\u011br\u016fm inzerenta, a pot\u00e9 po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 vyhled\u00e1va\u010d nebo medi\u00e1ln\u00edho z\u00e1stupce o um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed reklamy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyhled\u00e1va\u010de a medi\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1stupci obecn\u011b umis\u0165uj\u00ed reklamy mechanicky na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto specifikac\u00ed, tak\u017ee je pro inzerenta nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, aby reklamn\u00ed agentura, kter\u00e1 specifikuje podm\u00ednky, m\u011bla odborn\u00e9 znalosti o umis\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed internetov\u00fdch reklam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud spole\u010dnost provozuje internetovou reklamu, m\u016f\u017ee se rozhodnout prov\u00e1d\u011bt ji sama. To se n\u011bkdy naz\u00fdv\u00e1 &#8220;in-house&#8221;. Strana B zajist\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00e1stka za provoz podle p\u0159edchoz\u00edho odstavce dos\u00e1hne minim\u00e1ln\u011b X jen\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se o ustanoven\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se reklamn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f, kdy inzerent pov\u011b\u0159uje reklamn\u00ed agenturu provozem reklamy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de n\u00e1klad\u016f na provoz reklamy, existuj\u00ed dv\u011b metody: reklamn\u00ed agentura zaplat\u00ed n\u00e1klady na reklamu m\u00e9di\u00edm a pot\u00e9 je inzerentem nahrazena, nebo inzerent zaplat\u00ed reklamn\u00ed n\u00e1klady reklamn\u00ed agentu\u0159e p\u0159edem. Tento bod z\u00e1vis\u00ed na jedn\u00e1n\u00ed mezi inzerentem a reklamn\u00ed agenturou, tak\u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 ho p\u0159ed uzav\u0159en\u00edm smlouvy d\u016fkladn\u011b ov\u011b\u0159it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak budeme vysv\u011btlovat pozd\u011bji, pokud je odm\u011bna reklamn\u00ed agentury stanovena jako ur\u010dit\u00e9 procento z \u010d\u00e1stky za provoz, existuje riziko ztr\u00e1ty, pokud je \u010d\u00e1stka za provoz p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00e1.
