Strana A m\u016f\u017ee odvolat dohodu o ukon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru, pokud strana B zanedb\u00e1 platbu kone\u010dn\u00e9 mzdy a odstupn\u00e9ho stanoven\u00e9ho v \u010dl\u00e1nku \u25cb. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se pova\u017euje, \u017ee strana B neukon\u010dila pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br a je povinna stran\u011b A vr\u00e1tit platov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edkaz vydan\u00fd dne \u25cb (rok Reiwa (2019-)) a platit m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzdu ve v\u00fd\u0161i \u25cb\u25cb tis\u00edc jen\u016f. Tato mzda nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt sn\u00ed\u017eena po dobu dvou let.<br>2. Pokud je dohoda o ukon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru odvol\u00e1na podle p\u0159edchoz\u00edho odstavce, strana B m\u016f\u017ee odvolat prominut\u00ed spl\u00e1cen\u00ed stanoven\u00e9 v \u010dl\u00e1nku \u25cb.<br>3. Pokud strana A poru\u0161\u00ed ustanoven\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nku \u25cb, strana B m\u016f\u017ee po\u017eadovat vr\u00e1cen\u00ed odstupn\u00e9ho stanoven\u00e9ho v \u010dl\u00e1nku \u25cb od strany A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\">\u010cl\u00e1nek \u25cb<br>Strana A a strana B potvrzuj\u00ed navz\u00e1jem, \u017ee krom\u011b toho, co je stanoveno v t\u00e9to dohod\u011b, neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd dal\u0161\u00ed dluhov\u00fd vztah, pokud jde o platbu kone\u010dn\u00e9 mzdy a odstupn\u00e9ho podle p\u0159edchoz\u00edho \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"O_dolozkach_tykajicich_se_duvernosti\"><\/span>O dolo\u017ek\u00e1ch t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se d\u016fv\u011brnosti<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dolo\u017eky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se d\u016fv\u011brnosti jsou obecn\u011b \u010dasto stanoveny v pracovn\u00edch smlouv\u00e1ch uzav\u0159en\u00fdch p\u0159i n\u00e1stupu do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dolo\u017eka o d\u016fv\u011brnosti znovu stanovena v dohod\u011b o ukon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru. Dolo\u017eky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se d\u016fv\u011brnosti mohou zahrnovat n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed ustanoven\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\">\u010cl\u00e1nek \u25cb<br>Strany A a B potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee krom\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, kdy existuje opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fd d\u016fvod, nebudou sd\u011blovat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 informace t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se t\u00e9to rezignace.
