Nyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete tyto informace z\u00edskat a vyu\u017e\u00edt je jako referenci p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1ce nebo p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OpenWork je velmi u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 slu\u017eba pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed uva\u017euj\u00ed o zm\u011bn\u011b zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed nebo hled\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, proto\u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uje z\u00edskat p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 informace od zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. V citovan\u00e9m rozhodnut\u00ed je &#8220;\u017ealobce&#8221; spole\u010dnost, kter\u00e1 byla ob\u011bt\u00ed nepravdiv\u00e9 recenze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de (neexistence krit\u00e9ri\u00ed pro hodnocen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f), &#8230; u \u017ealobce neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 explicitn\u011b formulovan\u00e9 krit\u00e9ria pro hodnocen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, ale alespo\u0148 od roku 2008 (rok 20 \u00e9ry Heisei) do roku 2011 (rok 23 \u00e9ry Heisei), byly vytvo\u0159eny tabulky s \u00fadaji o doch\u00e1zce pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance, kter\u00e9 zaznamen\u00e1valy po\u010det pracovn\u00edch dn\u016f, absenc\u00ed, dovolen\u00fdch, zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdch odchod\u016f a zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed (zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm dopravn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f, kter\u00e9 nebylo pova\u017eov\u00e1no za zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, proto\u017ee byl p\u0159edlo\u017een doklad o zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed) ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc. Tyto \u00fadaje byly pou\u017eity pro hodnocen\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed plat\u016f, kter\u00e9 se konalo v b\u0159eznu po s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f do \u00fanora ka\u017ed\u00e9ho roku. P\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed plat\u016f byl v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce hodnocen jako &#8220;A&#8221;, &#8220;B&#8221;, &#8220;C&#8221; atd., a podle toho byla stanovena v\u00fd\u0161e zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed plat\u016f.
