Doba zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed B je od \u25cb. roku Reiwa (2019) do \u25cb. roku Reiwa. Dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitosti t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se odchodu do d\u016fchodu jsou stanoveny v pracovn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du pro do\u010dasn\u00e9 a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance.<br> 2. Datum n\u00e1stupu B do pr\u00e1ce je \u25cb. roku Reiwa.<br><br>\u010cl\u00e1nek 2 (M\u00edsto pr\u00e1ce a vykon\u00e1van\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce)<br>1. M\u00edstem pr\u00e1ce B je odd\u011blen\u00ed \u25cb\u25cb tov\u00e1rny A a vykon\u00e1vanou prac\u00ed je \u25cb\u25cb.<br>2. A m\u016f\u017ee na\u0159\u00eddit zm\u011bnu m\u00edsta pr\u00e1ce a vykon\u00e1van\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce B podle pot\u0159eb pr\u00e1ce, a B to p\u0159edem akceptuje.<br><br>\u010cl\u00e1nek 3 (Za\u010d\u00e1tek a konec pracovn\u00ed doby a p\u0159est\u00e1vky)<br>\u010cas za\u010d\u00e1tku pr\u00e1ce, konec pr\u00e1ce a p\u0159est\u00e1vky B na pracovi\u0161ti uveden\u00e9m v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm odstavci jsou n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed:<br>Za\u010d\u00e1tek pr\u00e1ce: 8:30<br>Konec pr\u00e1ce: 17:30<br>P\u0159est\u00e1vka: od 12:00 do 13:00<br><br>\u010cl\u00e1nek 4 (Pr\u00e1ce mimo pracovn\u00ed dobu a pr\u00e1ce o sv\u00e1tc\u00edch)<br>1. A m\u016f\u017ee na\u0159\u00eddit B pr\u00e1ci mimo pracovn\u00ed dobu nebo pr\u00e1ci o sv\u00e1tc\u00edch, pokud je to nutn\u00e9 pro pot\u0159eby pr\u00e1ce, a to po dodr\u017een\u00ed postupu stanoven\u00e9ho v pracovn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du pro do\u010dasn\u00e9 a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance, a B to p\u0159edem akceptuje.<br>2. A m\u016f\u017ee na\u0159\u00eddit B no\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci (pr\u00e1ci mezi 22:00 a 5:00 n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho dne), pokud je to nutn\u00e9 pro pot\u0159eby pr\u00e1ce, a B to p\u0159edem akceptuje.<br><br>\u010cl\u00e1nek 5 (Dny volna a dovolen\u00e1)<br>1. Stanoven\u00e9 dny volna na pracovi\u0161ti uveden\u00e9m v \u010dl\u00e1nku 2, odstavec 1, jsou stanoveny v pracovn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du pro do\u010dasn\u00e9 a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance. Dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitosti t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se dn\u016f volna a dovolen\u00e9, kdy A osvobod\u00ed B od povinnosti pracovat, jsou stanoveny v pracovn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du pro do\u010dasn\u00e9 a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance.<br>2. A m\u016f\u017ee podle pot\u0159eb pr\u00e1ce p\u0159edem zm\u011bnit nebo p\u0159esunout stanoven\u00e9 dny volna uveden\u00e9 v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm odstavci na jin\u00fd den, a B to p\u0159edem akceptuje. Postup p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b nebo p\u0159esunu je stanoven v pracovn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du pro do\u010dasn\u00e9 a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance.<br><br>\u010cl\u00e1nek 6 (Placen\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1)<br>1. Po\u010det dn\u016f placen\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 a postup p\u0159i vyu\u017eit\u00ed placen\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 B jsou stanoveny v pracovn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du pro do\u010dasn\u00e9 a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance.<br><br>\u010cl\u00e1nek 7 (Mzda atd.)<br>1. Ur\u010den\u00ed, v\u00fdpo\u010det, uz\u00e1v\u011brka a den platby mzdy, kterou A poskytne B, jsou stanoveny v mzdov\u00fdch p\u0159edpisech pro do\u010dasn\u00e9 a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance.<br>2. A poskytne B z\u00e1kladn\u00ed mzdu ve v\u00fd\u0161i \u25a1\u25a1 jen\u016f m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b, a B to akceptuje.<br>3. Pokud nen\u00ed v mzdov\u00fdch p\u0159edpisech nebo v p\u0159edpisech o odchodn\u00e9m pro do\u010dasn\u00e9 a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed ustanoven\u00ed, nebude poskytnut bonus ani odchodn\u00e9 p\u0159i odchodu B do d\u016fchodu.<br><br>\u010cl\u00e1nek 8 (Z\u00e1kaz konkurence)<br>B nesm\u00ed b\u011bhem sv\u00e9ho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed ani po dobu dvou let po ukon\u010den\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed provozovat podnik\u00e1n\u00ed konkuren\u010dn\u00ed k A nebo b\u00fdt zam\u011bstn\u00e1n u konkuren\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti bez povolen\u00ed A.<br><br>\u010cl\u00e1nek 9 (Ostatn\u00ed)<br>1. Z\u00e1le\u017eitosti, kter\u00e9 nejsou stanoveny v t\u00e9to smlouv\u011b, jsou \u0159\u00edzeny z\u00e1kony, kolektivn\u00edmi smlouvami a pracovn\u00edmi \u0159\u00e1dy pro do\u010dasn\u00e9 a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance (v\u010detn\u011b samostatn\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f o mzd\u00e1ch, bezpe\u010dnosti a zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci).<br>2.
