podnic\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku vysv\u011btl\u00edme z\u00e1klady a kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 body SES smlouvy pro firmy (dodavatele), kter\u00e9 pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed uzav\u0159\u00edt SES smlouvu a poskytnout in\u017een\u00fdry, stejn\u011b jako pro firmy (klienty), kter\u00e9 pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed uzav\u0159\u00edt SES smlouvu a vyu\u017e\u00edt poskytnut\u00fdch pracovi\u0161t\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V r\u00e1mci SES smlouvy m\u016f\u017ee nap\u0159\u00edklad in\u017een\u00fdr po ur\u010ditou dobu p\u016fsobit p\u0159\u00edmo na m\u00edst\u011b klienta a poskytovat tam sv\u00e9 slu\u017eby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pravni_povaha_SES_smlouvy\"><\/span>Pr\u00e1vn\u00ed povaha SES smlouvy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de smluv o poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed slu\u017eeb, obecn\u011b je lze rozd\u011blit na smlouvy o zastoupen\u00ed (kvazismlouvy o zastoupen\u00ed) a smlouvy o d\u00edlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smlouva o d\u00edlo m\u00e1 za c\u00edl &#8220;dokon\u010den\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce jednou ze stran&#8221; (\u010dl\u00e1nek 632 Japonsk\u00e9ho ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho z\u00e1kon\u00edku), ale slu\u017eby poskytovan\u00e9 in\u017een\u00fdrem nemus\u00ed nutn\u011b m\u00edt za c\u00edl dokon\u010den\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, ale \u010dasto je c\u00edlem samotn\u00e9 poskytnut\u00ed slu\u017eby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b SES smlouvy je \u010dasto odm\u011bna stanovena podle doby, po kterou in\u017een\u00fdr t\u0159i subjekty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dodavatel\"><\/span>Dodavatel<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V IT odv\u011btv\u00ed je mnoho firem hledaj\u00edc\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdry, ale po\u010det dostupn\u00fdch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f je nedostate\u010dn\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V takov\u00e9 situaci nedostatku pracovn\u00edch sil m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt odm\u011bna za poskytnut\u00ed slu\u017eeb in\u017een\u00fdra nastavena vysoko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako dodavatel tedy m\u00e1te v\u00fdhodu, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eete od klienta obdr\u017eet relativn\u011b vysokou \u010d\u00e1stku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b, nev\u00fdhodou je mo\u017enost, \u017ee se neda\u0159\u00ed zajistit m\u00edsto pr\u00e1ce pravideln\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed, je t\u0159eba se p\u0159izp\u016fsobit zm\u011bn\u00e1m v prost\u0159ed\u00ed a budovat vztahy s ostatn\u00edmi.
