class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kon o digit\u00e1ln\u00edm trhu (DMA: Digital Market Act) je pravidlo EU, kter\u00e9 bylo vyhl\u00e1\u0161eno 1. listopadu 2022 (2022) a vstoupilo v platnost 2. kv\u011btna 2023. Jeho \u00fa\u010delem je zv\u00fd\u0161it konkurenceschopnost digit\u00e1ln\u00edho trhu EU t\u00edm, \u017ee omez\u00ed tr\u017en\u00ed dominanci velk\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed a vytvo\u0159\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 usnadn\u00ed vstup nov\u00fdm platform\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DMA lze tak\u00e9 pova\u017eovat za antimonopoln\u00ed z\u00e1kon, kter\u00fd se prim\u00e1rn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159uje na p\u011bt hlavn\u00edch internetov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, zn\u00e1m\u00fdch jako Big Tech, p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b z USA (Google LLC, Apple Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., Microsoft Corporation). Na druhou stranu GDPR je z\u00e1kon chr\u00e1n\u00edc\u00ed v\u0161echny jednotlivce \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v EU a reguluje v\u0161echny podniky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na druhou stranu GDPR je z\u00e1kon, kter\u00fd reguluje v\u0161echny IT podniky a chr\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161echny jednotlivce \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ochrana spot\u0159ebitel\u016f p\u0159ed slu\u017ebami velk\u00fdch technologick\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed a regulace nekal\u00fdch obchodn\u00edch praktik nebyly od zaveden\u00ed &#8220;Sm\u011brnice o elektronick\u00e9m obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed&#8221; v roce 2000 aktualizov\u00e1ny. Proto byl DMA navr\u017een jako reakce na negativn\u00ed dopady na spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 nejsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za gatekeepery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Souvisej\u00edc\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek: <a href=\"https:\/\/monolith.law\/corporate\/gdpr-personal-information-protection-law\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Co je GDPR?
