Pro podniky se stalo povinnost\u00ed roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9my, uvolnit po\u017eadavky a vyu\u017e\u00edvat pr\u00e1ci na d\u00e1lku. 6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Novela z\u00e1kona vstoup\u00ed v platnost v dubnu a \u0159\u00edjnu Reiwa 7 (2025). Novela z Reiwa 3 (2021) se zam\u011b\u0159ila na podporu otc\u016f, aby \u010dast\u011bji vyu\u017e\u00edvali rodi\u010dovskou dovolenou. I kdy\u017e se d\u00edky t\u00e9to novele podstatn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ila m\u00edra otc\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch rodi\u010dovskou dovolenou, st\u00e1le existuje v\u00fdrazn\u00fd rozd\u00edl oproti \u017een\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako d\u016fvody, pro\u010d mu\u017ei nevyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed rodi\u010dovskou dovolenou, se uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed je st\u00e1le nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 pro jej\u00ed \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed a \u017ee kv\u016fli pracovn\u00edm povinnostem nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 si dovolenou vz\u00edt. Pokud zam\u011bstnanec pod\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dost jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, ne\u017e zam\u011bstnavatel ur\u010dil, je zam\u011bstnavatel povinen i tak prov\u00e9st pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed (individu\u00e1ln\u00ed informovanost a potvrzen\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011bru). n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho po dosa\u017een\u00ed 40 let).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b syst\u00e9mu p\u00e9\u010dov\u00e9ho volna, syst\u00e9mu podpory slad\u011bn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de a pr\u00e1ce a syst\u00e9mu d\u00e1vek b\u011bhem p\u00e9\u010dov\u00e9ho volna je nutn\u00e9 poskytnout informace tak\u00e9 o m\u00edst\u011b pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je tak\u00e9 vhodn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161it pov\u011bdom\u00ed o syst\u00e9mu p\u00e9\u010de (syst\u00e9m vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed slu\u017eeb pro osoby pot\u0159ebuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto informac\u00ed nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt provedeno individu\u00e1ln\u011b, ale je povinn\u00e9 i bez \u017e\u00e1dosti ze strany zam\u011bstnance, tak\u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 m\u00edt p\u0159ehled o v\u011bku zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zp\u016fsob poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel voln\u011b zvolit, a\u0165 u\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o osobn\u00ed konzultace (mo\u017en\u00e9 i online), p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed dokument\u016f, fax nebo e-mail (v\u010detn\u011b SNS a firemn\u00edho intranetu), p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e u elektronick\u00fdch komunikac\u00ed nen\u00ed vy\u017eadov\u00e1n v\u00fdtisk dokument\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (voliteln\u00e1 povinn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed, aby zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edmali telepr\u00e1ci se od zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f nevy\u017eaduje, aby p\u0159esouvali pracovn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed pr\u00e1ci nevhodnou pro telepr\u00e1ci, do pozic, kde je let).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e takov\u00fd pracovn\u00edk po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1, nesm\u00edte ho bez z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu, kter\u00fd by naru\u0161il norm\u00e1ln\u00ed provoz podniku zkr\u00e1cen\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed doby pro p\u00e9\u010di o d\u00edt\u011b, je povinen uzav\u0159\u00edt dohodu mezi zam\u011bstnavatelem a zam\u011bstnanci a stanovit v\u00fdjimky, na jejich\u017e z\u00e1klad\u011b mus\u00ed p\u0159ijmout alternativn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b tradi\u010dn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed, jako jsou 1: opat\u0159en\u00ed podobn\u00e1 zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 300 pracovn\u00edk\u016f (dosavadn\u00ed hranice byla v\u00edce ne\u017e 1000 pracovn\u00edk\u016f).
