a &#8220;d\u00e1vek v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druh\u00e1 funkce je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>P\u0159edch\u00e1zen\u00ed nezam\u011bstnanosti,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zlep\u0161en\u00ed situace v zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rozvoj a zlep\u0161en\u00ed schopnost\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f a dal\u0161\u00ed zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich blahobytu,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>co\u017e je c\u00edlem dvou projekt\u016f (projektu stability zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a projektu rozvoje schopnost\u00ed), kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed syst\u00e9m s komplexn\u00ed funkc\u00ed v oblasti zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed (podle \u010dl\u00e1nku 1 zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;D\u00e1vky v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nezam\u011bstnanosti&#8221; konkr\u00e9tn\u011b zahrnuj\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i typy d\u00e1vkov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f: d\u00e1vky pro hledaj\u00edc\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed (z\u00e1kladn\u00ed d\u00e1vka v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nezam\u011bstnanosti), d\u00e1vky na podporu zam\u011bstnanosti (d\u00e1vka pro zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, d\u00e1vka pro op\u011btovn\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, d\u00e1vka pro podporu stabilizace zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed), d\u00e1vky pro pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed v zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed (d\u00e1vka pro pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed v zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed star\u0161\u00edch osob, d\u00e1vka pro p\u00e9\u010di o z\u00e1visl\u00e9 osoby) a d\u00e1vky pro vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0161kolen\u00ed (pod\u00edvejte se pros\u00edm na p\u0159ilo\u017eenou tabulku pro podrobnosti o rozd\u011blen\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Z\u00e1kon o zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed&#8221; je z\u00e1kon, kter\u00fd byl zaveden v roce 1947 a zalo\u017eil &#8220;syst\u00e9m zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed&#8221;. Jeho \u00fa\u010delem je pos\u00edlit bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a investice do lid\u00ed jako sou\u010d\u00e1st komplexn\u00edho bal\u00ed\u010dku opat\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V d\u016fsledku toho do\u0161lo k v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 reform\u011b japonsk\u00e9ho Z\u00e1kona o zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 roz\u0161i\u0159uje okruh osob kryt\u00fdch zam\u011bstnaneck\u00fdm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rozsireni_pusobnosti_japonskeho_zamestnaneckeho_pojisteni\"><\/span>Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed p\u016fsobnosti japonsk\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V d\u016fsledku novelizace se po\u017eadavek na minim\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dobu pro \u00fa\u010dast v japonsk\u00e9m zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zm\u011bnil z \u201e20 hodin a v\u00edce\u201c na \u201e10 hodin a v\u00edce\u201c, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il okruh osob, na kter\u00e9 se poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vztahuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento po\u017eadavek nabude \u00fa\u010dinnosti v \u0159\u00edjnu roku Reiwa 10 (2028).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rozsireni_podpory_vzdelavani_a_rekvalifikace\"><\/span>Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed podpory vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a rekvalifikace<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monolith.law\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/00d45d4835b385fe30bcef21bbb0e6fe.jpg\" alt=\"Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed podpory vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a rekvalifikace\" class=\"wp-image-133649\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>V oblasti investic do lid\u00ed (rozvoj lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f) do\u0161lo v Japonsku k n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m a zaveden\u00ed nov\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby omezen\u00ed vypl\u00e1cen\u00ed d\u00e1vek pro osoby, kter\u00e9 ukon\u010dily zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed z vlastn\u00ed v\u016fle, ze dvou m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f na jeden m\u011bs\u00edc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se osoba dobrovoln\u011b z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed profesn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nezbytn\u00e9ho pro stabilizaci zam\u011bstnanosti a podporu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, nebude podl\u00e9hat omezen\u00ed vypl\u00e1cen\u00ed d\u00e1vek a bude moci pob\u00edrat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed d\u00e1vku z poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zam\u011bstnanosti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zaveden\u00ed syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd poskytuje dodate\u010dn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky ve v\u00fd\u0161i 10 % (s ro\u010dn\u00edm maximem 50 000 jen\u016f) n\u00e1klad\u016f na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, pokud se osoba z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed &#8220;specifick\u00e9ho obecn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed&#8221; a z\u00edsk\u00e1 kvalifikaci a do jednoho roku se zam\u011bstn\u00e1 (zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed m\u00edry d\u00e1vek z 40 % na 50 %)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159i z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed kvalifikace po absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8220;odborn\u00e9ho praktick\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed&#8221; a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed do jednoho roku byla poskytov\u00e1na dodate\u010dn\u00e1 d\u00e1vka ve v\u00fd\u0161i 20 % (s ro\u010dn\u00edm maximem 160 000 jen\u016f) n\u00e1klad\u016f na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.
