Registrace se prov\u00e1d\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm syst\u00e9mu DIPS2.0 (z\u00e1kladn\u00ed syst\u00e9m pro drony), kde po zad\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed o majiteli a stroji, dokon\u010den\u00ed ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed identity a zaplacen\u00ed poplatku obdr\u017e\u00edte identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto vydan\u00e9 identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zobrazeno na stroji a u dron\u016f kompatibiln\u00edch s Remote ID je mo\u017en\u00e9 tak\u00e9 prov\u00e1d\u011bt online p\u0159enos. Platnost registrace je t\u0159i roky a pro jej\u00ed pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 prov\u00e9st obnovu. Pokud dron l\u00e9t\u00e1 bez registrace, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt majitel podroben sankc\u00edm, proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 registraci v\u017edy prov\u00e9st p\u0159edem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 povolen\u00ed a schv\u00e1len\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud provozujete bezpilotn\u00ed letadlo bez z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho povolen\u00ed nebo schv\u00e1len\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt potrest\u00e1ni v\u011bzen\u00edm nebo pokutou, tak\u017ee je nezbytn\u011b nutn\u00e9 \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b podat \u017e\u00e1dost o povolen\u00ed a L\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed s dronem nad cestami bez povolen\u00ed je nez\u00e1konn\u00e9. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, pokud se jedn\u00e1 o za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s velmi slab\u00fdm vys\u00edl\u00e1n\u00edm nebo o za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s mal\u00fdm v\u00fdkonem, nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba licence ani registrace r\u00e1diov\u00e9 stanice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s velmi slab\u00fdm vys\u00edl\u00e1n\u00edm jsou r\u00e1diov\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vys\u00edlaj\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u011b slab\u00e9 r\u00e1diov\u00e9 vlny. Jsou b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na nap\u0159\u00edklad pro d\u00e1lkov\u011b ovl\u00e1dan\u00e9 helikopt\u00e9ry rozpra\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed pesticidy v pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9m zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed. Pro jejich obsluhu nen\u00ed vy\u017eadov\u00e1na licence ani kvalifikace, ale je nutn\u00e9, aby za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro\u0161lo certifikac\u00ed technick\u00fdch norem. Zda byla certifikace ud\u011blena, lze zjistit podle p\u0159\u00edtomnosti zna\u010dky technick\u00e9 shody (technick\u00e1 zna\u010dka).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esto je t\u0159eba b\u00fdt opatrn\u00fd p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed dron\u016f vyroben\u00fdch v zahrani\u010d\u00ed.
