Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b, administrativn\u00ed sankce maj\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed z\u00e1vaznost a mohou podnikatel\u016fm ukl\u00e1dat konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed povinnosti nebo omezovat jejich pr\u00e1va.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrativn\u00ed dohled je definov\u00e1n v \u010dl\u00e1nku 32 a \u010dl\u00e1nku 32 odstavci 2 z\u00e1kona o administrativn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed n\u00e1sledovn\u011b:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>P\u0159i administrativn\u00edm dohledu mus\u00ed osoby zapojen\u00e9 do dohledu db\u00e1t na to, aby nevybo\u010dovaly z rozsahu \u00fakol\u016f nebo spr\u00e1vn\u00edch z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho administrativn\u00edho org\u00e1nu a \u017ee obsah dohledu je realizov\u00e1n pouze na z\u00e1klad\u011b dobrovoln\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce dot\u010den\u00e9 strany.<br>2.
