pob\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch a p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edch v Japonsku. Aktivity, kter\u00e9 mohou cizinci v Japonsku vykon\u00e1vat, jsou p\u0159esn\u011b stanoveny pro ka\u017ed\u00fd typ opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed, a zda je povoleno vykon\u00e1vat pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnost s p\u0159\u00edjmem, z\u00e1vis\u00ed na druhu dr\u017een\u00e9ho pobytov\u00e9ho opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pobytov\u00e1 opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed lze rozd\u011blit do t\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u00edch skupin podle toho, zda je povolena pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnost. Prvn\u00ed skupinu tvo\u0159\u00ed opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed jako &#8220;trval\u00fd pobyt&#8221; nebo &#8220;man\u017eel\/man\u017eelka Japonce apod.&#8221;, kter\u00e1 nekladou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 omezen\u00ed na \u010dinnost a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed v z\u00e1sad\u011b zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed v jak\u00e9mkoli povol\u00e1n\u00ed. Druhou skupinu p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed s \u010dinnost\u00ed omezenou na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed oblasti, jako je &#8220;technick\u00e9 dovednosti, humanitn\u00ed znalosti a mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed slu\u017eby&#8221;, kter\u00e9 jsou nej\u010dast\u011bji vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny firmami p\u0159i zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zahrani\u010dn\u00edch odborn\u00edk\u016f. Cizinci s t\u00edmto opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00edm mohou vykon\u00e1vat pouze povolen\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti. T\u0159et\u00ed skupinu tvo\u0159\u00ed opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed jako &#8220;studium&#8221; nebo &#8220;kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd pobyt&#8221;, kde v z\u00e1sad\u011b nen\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed povoleno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se zam\u011b\u0159uje na pobytov\u00e9 opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed &#8220;technick\u00e9 dovednosti, humanitn\u00ed znalosti a mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed slu\u017eby&#8221;, kter\u00e9 je nejrelevantn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed b\u00edl\u00fdch l\u00edme\u010dk\u016f a odborn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f. Toto opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed zahrnuje n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed t\u0159i oblasti \u010dinnosti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Technick\u00e9 dovednosti: Pr\u00e1ce vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed technick\u00e9 znalosti nebo dovednosti v oblasti p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch v\u011bd, jako jsou fyzika, in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed.
