s\u00fcsteemi hooldust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcsteemi hooldus t\u00e4hendab, et kui s\u00fcsteemis tekivad t\u00f5rked v\u00f5i vead, parandatakse need ja taastatakse s\u00fcsteemi normaalne T\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5tja teostab k\u00e4esoleva t\u00f6\u00f6 tellija juhiste alusel ja k\u00e4esoleva t\u00f6\u00f6 sisu m\u00e4\u00e4ratakse kindlaks j\u00e4rgmiste punktide alusel:<br> (1) K\u00e4esoleva s\u00fcsteemi rikete p\u00f5hjuste uurimine ja anal\u00fc\u00fcs<br> (2) K\u00e4esoleva s\u00fcsteemi rikete t\u00f5ttu tekkinud probleemide lahendamine<br> (3) K\u00e4esoleva s\u00fcsteemi kasutamise ja k\u00e4itamise k\u00fcsimustele vastamine<br> (4) Eelnevate punktidega seotud tugiteenused<br> 2. T\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5tja ja tellija kinnitavad, et k\u00e4esoleva t\u00f6\u00f6 ei h\u00f5lma punktides, mis ei ole eelmises l\u00f5igus m\u00e4\u00e4ratletud (sh j\u00e4rgmised punktid, kuid mitte ainult need). Lisaks eelmisele l\u00f5ikele, kui t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5tja t\u00f6\u00f6tajate v\u00f5i kolmandate isikute l\u00e4hetamine on k\u00e4esoleva t\u00f6\u00f6 teostamiseks vajalik v\u00f5i kui tellija soovib l\u00e4hetamist, peab tellija kandma t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5tja poolt t\u00f6\u00f6tajate v\u00f5i kolmandate isikute l\u00e4hetamiseks tehtud kulud.<br>4. K\u00e4esoleva t\u00f6\u00f6 vastuv\u00f5tmise aeg on t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4evadel hommikul \u25cf kuni \u00f5htul \u25cf. Kuid kui on vaja v\u00e4ljaspool t\u00f6\u00f6aega toimuvat vastuv\u00f5tmist, v\u00f5ib tellija n\u00f5uda t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5tjalt k\u00e4esoleva t\u00f6\u00f6 teostamist v\u00e4ljaspool
