Ki\u015fisel bilgi i\u015fleme ile ilgili \u015fikayetlerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc, i\u015fletmelere ki\u015fisel bilgilerin uygun i\u015flenmesi ile ilgili bilgi sa\u011flama gibi i\u015flemleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren kurulu\u015flar, Ki\u015fisel Bilgi Koruma Komisyonu&#8217;nun onay\u0131n\u0131 alarak &#8220;Sertifikal\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Bilgi Koruma Kurulu\u015fu&#8221; olabilirler. Ancak, bu &#8220;takma isimle i\u015flenmi\u015f ki\u015fisel bilgi&#8221; konusunda, belirli bir g\u00fcvenlik seviyesini korurken, verinin kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, i\u015flenmemi\u015f ki\u015fisel bilgi ile ayn\u0131 seviyede tutmak i\u00e7in, anonim i\u015flenmi\u015f bilgiden daha ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir analiz yapabilme ve bu nedenle kullan\u0131m ihtiyac\u0131 artmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durumu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak, de\u011fi\u015fikliklerle, yenilikleri te\u015fvik etmek amac\u0131yla, isimlerin silindi\u011fi &#8220;takma isim i\u015flenmi\u015f bilgi&#8221; olu\u015fturulmu\u015f ve i\u00e7 analizle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmak \u00fczere, if\u015fa ve kullan\u0131m durdurma taleplerine yan\u0131t verme gibi y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler hafifletilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olu\u015fturulan takma isim i\u015flenmi\u015f bilgi, &#8220;di\u011fer bilgilerle e\u015fle\u015ftirilmedik\u00e7e, belirli bir ki\u015fiyi tan\u0131mlayamayacak \u015fekilde ki\u015fisel bilgilerin i\u015flenmesi sonucu elde edilen ki\u015fiye ili\u015fkin bilgiler&#8221; anlam\u0131na gelir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, &#8220;isim, ya\u015f, tarih, saat, miktar, ma\u011faza&#8221; bilgileri, &#8220;ge\u00e7ici ID, ya\u015f, tarih, saat, miktar, ma\u011faza&#8221; \u015feklinde i\u015flenmi\u015ftir. Olas\u0131 kullan\u0131m \u00f6rnekleri aras\u0131nda, &#8220;ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta belirlenen kullan\u0131m amac\u0131na uymayan veya uyma karar\u0131 vermenin zor oldu\u011fu yeni ama\u00e7lar i\u00e7in i\u00e7 analiz&#8221; (t\u0131p ve ila\u00e7 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ara\u015ft\u0131rma veya hile tespiti, sat\u0131\u015f tahmini gibi makine \u00f6\u011frenme modeli e\u011fitimi), &#8220;kullan\u0131m amac\u0131n\u0131 yerine getiren ki\u015fisel bilgilerin, gelecekte istatistiksel analiz i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle, takma isim i\u015flenmi\u015f bilgi olarak i\u015flenip saklanmas\u0131&#8221; bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not: Takma isim i\u015flenmi\u015f bilgi olu\u015fturma y\u00f6ntemi hakk\u0131nda, en az\u0131ndan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Belirli bir ki\u015fiyi tan\u0131mlayabilen a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n (\u00f6rne\u011fin: isim) tamam\u0131n\u0131 veya bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 silmek (de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyi de i\u00e7erir)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ki\u015fisel tan\u0131mlama kodunun tamam\u0131n\u0131 silmek<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00fclkiyet zarar\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilecek haks\u0131z kullan\u0131mlar (\u00f6rne\u011fin: kredi kart\u0131 numaras\u0131) i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 silmek<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>gibi \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kisisel_Veri_Olabilecek_Bilgilerin_Dogrulama_Yukumlulugu_Madde_26_Paragraf_2\"><\/span>Ki\u015fisel Veri Olabilecek Bilgilerin Do\u011frulama Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (Madde 26, Paragraf 2)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mevcut yasaya g\u00f6re, veri sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ki\u015fisel veri olarak kabul edilmeyen bilgiler, al\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131nda ki\u015fisel veri olabilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclse bile d\u00fczenlemeye tabi de\u011fildir.
