i\u015fletme veya ofiste \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve \u00fccret \u00f6denen ki\u015fi&#8221; olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi Yasas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n 2. maddesinin 1. f\u0131kras\u0131na g\u00f6re, i\u015f\u00e7i &#8220;bir i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan ve \u00fccret \u00f6denen ki\u015fi&#8221; olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve bu tan\u0131m\u0131n \u0130\u015f Standartlar\u0131 Yasas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131yla neredeyse ayn\u0131 oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015f Standartlar\u0131 Yasas\u0131 ve \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi Yasas\u0131&#8217;na g\u00f6re i\u015f\u00e7i olma durumu, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki maddelerin t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirerek belirlenir. Her bir de\u011ferlendirme kriterine uygun olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, i\u015f\u00e7i olma durumunun hemen kabul edilece\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelmez.
