y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdikten 10 y\u0131l sonra, 2015&#8217;te, &#8220;Bilgi ve ileti\u015fim teknolojilerinin geli\u015fmesiyle, yasan\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman tahmin edilemeyen ki\u015fisel verilerin kullan\u0131m\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in&#8221; de\u011fi\u015ftirildi ve 2017&#8217;de tamamen y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu 2017 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, &#8220;Uluslararas\u0131 e\u011filimler, bilgi teknolojilerinin ilerlemesi, yeni end\u00fcstrilerin olu\u015fumu ve geli\u015fimi g\u00f6z
