Pandemi s\u00fcrecinin ard\u0131ndan, \u00f6zg\u00fcr \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bi\u00e7imlerine olan ilginin artmas\u0131n\u0131n da bu duruma katk\u0131da bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serbest \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla i\u015f yapmay\u0131 tercih eden \u015firketlerin say\u0131s\u0131 artarken, serbest \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara i\u015f veren i\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in uyulmas\u0131 gereken kurallar\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen &#8216;Japon Serbest \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Koruma Yasas\u0131 (Serbest \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Yeni Yasas\u0131)&#8217; Kas\u0131m 2024&#8217;te (2024) y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecektir. hususlar\u0131 belirleyen bir yasad\u0131r ve resmi ad\u0131 &#8216;Belirli Y\u00fcklenicilere \u0130li\u015fkin \u0130\u015flemlerin D\u00fczenlenmesi Hakk\u0131nda Kanun&#8217;dur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu Ancak, freelanslar \u0130\u015f Kanunu&#8217;ndaki &#8216;i\u015f\u00e7i&#8217; olarak kabul edilmediklerinden, i\u015f ili\u015fkisi yasalar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir.
