\u0130zin Yasas\u0131 (\u00c7ocuk Bak\u0131m\u0131, Aile Bak\u0131m\u0131 veya Aile \u00dcyelerine Bak\u0131m Sa\u011flayan \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilerin Refah\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun)&#8221; ve &#8220;Gelecek Nesillerin Desteklenmesi Stratejilerinin Te\u015fvik Edilmesi Yasas\u0131&#8221;n\u0131n baz\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri, Reiwa 6 (2024) y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 24 May\u0131s&#8217;\u0131nda yasala\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve ayn\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n 31 May\u0131s&#8217;\u0131nda ilan edilmi\u015ftir (Reiwa 6 y\u0131l\u0131 Kanun No. 42).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reiwa 7 (2025) y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Nisan ve Ekim aylar\u0131nda, bu yasal d\u00fczenlemeler y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecektir. Reiwa 3 (2021) y\u0131l\u0131ndaki d\u00fczenleme, \u00f6zellikle erkeklerin \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m\u0131 izni kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmeye odaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu d\u00fczenleme ile erkeklerin \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m\u0131 izni kullan\u0131m oran\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artm\u0131\u015f olsa da, kad\u0131nlarla k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hala b\u00fcy\u00fck bir fark bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erkeklerin \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m\u0131 izni kullanmamas\u0131n\u0131n nedenleri aras\u0131nda, i\u015f yerlerinin hala \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m\u0131 izni kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131ran bir atmosfere sahip olmas\u0131 ve i\u015f gereklilikleri nedeniyle izin al\u0131namamas\u0131 gibi sebepler say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
