Bu yasada, freelancerlar &#8220;Belirli Hizmet Al\u0131m \u0130\u015fleri Yapan \u0130\u015fletmeler&#8221; olarak yeniden tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu kanun, belirli hizmet al\u0131m i\u015fleri yapan i\u015fletmeler ile bu hizmetleri alan i\u015fletmeler aras\u0131ndaki &#8220;hizmet al\u0131m i\u015fleri&#8221; ile ilgili i\u015flemlere uygulan\u0131r.
