Uygun istihdam y\u00f6netimi plan\u0131 i\u00e7in onay alan i\u015fverenler alt\u0131nda, belirli projelerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan y\u00fcksek uzmanl\u0131k sahibi i\u015f\u00e7iler veya emeklilik sonras\u0131 s\u00fcrekli istihdam edilen ya\u015fl\u0131lar i\u00e7in, belirli bir s\u00fcre boyunca s\u00fcresiz d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm talep hakk\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fmamas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00f6netim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan dikkat edilmesi gereken bir nokta olarak, s\u00fcresiz d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm talep hakk\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fmas\u0131n\u0131 sadece engellemek amac\u0131yla, 5 y\u0131l\u0131n dolmas\u0131na az bir s\u00fcre kala s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi yenilememek (i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karma) gibi bir yakla\u015f\u0131m, hukuki anla\u015fmazl\u0131klara yol a\u00e7ma riski ta\u015f\u0131r.
