\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 zararlar\u0131n ciddile\u015fmesi ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u015firketlerin kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilemeyecek bir seviyeye ula\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda, m\u00fc\u015fterilerden gelen \u015fikayetler, \u00fcr\u00fcn veya hizmetlerin iyile\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik de\u011ferli geri bildirimler olmal\u0131d\u0131r, ancak son y\u0131llarda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 talepler, haks\u0131z su\u00e7lamalar ve ki\u015fili\u011fi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131layan hakaretler gibi k\u00f6t\u00fc niyetli vakalar dikkat \u00e7ekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Japonya Sa\u011fl\u0131k, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Refah Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi Reiwa 5 (2023) y\u0131l\u0131 &#8220;\u0130\u015fyerinde Tacizle \u0130lgili Durum Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131&#8221;na g\u00f6re, son \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131lda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan m\u00fc\u015fteri tacizi \u015fikayeti ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u015firketlerin oran\u0131 %27,9&#8217;a ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f olup, Reiwa 2 (2020) y\u0131l\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na k\u0131yasla 8,4 puan art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.
